elevations and grading of the lot/site as constructed are functionally adequate and equivalent to the
specifically approved drainage plan, and will affect stormwater drainage on and off the lot/site in a
manner consistent with the approved drainage plan.

Explanation for Certification Item No. 3: The constructed spot elevations vary more and less than 0.2
foot of those depicted on the approved grading plan.
Explanation for Certification Item No. 11: The majority of the landscaping has been completed. A
small portion of the rear yard landscaping has not been installed. The landscape contractor is in the
process of completing the landscaping.
Explanation for Certification Item No. 12: The final clean up will be performed after completion of the
landscaping.
Note that a copy of a letter concerning maintenance of the drainage system for the depressed area
between the house and the swimming pool has been included for information.
