Explanation for Certification Item No. 11: The majority of the landscaping has been completed. A small portion of the rear yard landscaping has not been installed. The landscape contractor is in the process of completing the landscaping. Explanation for Certification Item No. 12: The final clean up will be performed after completion of the landscaping.
