2195 Majestic Drive Certification of Lot Grading
Dear Fort Collins Utilities:
The elevations and drainage patterns of 2195 Majestic Drive, as shown on the attached Grade Exhibit by
King Surveyors (dated 05/22/18), are in general conformance with the City-approved Majestic Estates
design plans with the following exceptions.
1. The 4922.0 ground elevation at the front of the house was adjusted by the landscaping crews
during my site visit on 05/21/18.
