Re: Lot 11 Block 9, Mail Creek Crossing Planned Land Division
Certification of Lot Grading
The elevations for Lot 11 Block 9, Mail Creek Crossing Planned Land Division are in general
conformance with the elevations shown on the City approved Final Grading Plan for Mail Creek
Crossing Planned Land Division with a few minor exceptions. The southwesterly front property
corner elevation is approximately 0.4 feet higher, the easterly side yard swale high point elevation
is approximately 0.3 feet higher and the top of foundation elevation is approximately 0.5 feet
higher than those shown on the Final Grading Plan. However, the elevations and slopes for Lot
11, Block 9, Mail Creek Crossing Planned Land Division are in conformance with the City of Fort
Collins lot grading criteria and the drainage patterns are in general conformance with the City
approved Final Grading Plan for Mail Creek Crossing Planned Land Division. Therefore, it is our
professional opinion that these exceptions will still allow for stormwater drainage to generally be
consistent with the City approved Final Grading Plan.
