To Whom It May Concern:
This letter shall serve as a response to items checked “no” on the Certification of Lot Grading
form. The numbers below respond directly to the numbers on the form.
2. The survey doesn’t show
· Retaining walls
· Air conditioner pads
· Window wells
The above mentioned items are within the building envelope.
3. Approved grading plan finish floor = 4942.2’
As-built survey finish floor = 4942.8’
8. Downspout locations are not shown on the as-built survey. This office is satisfied with all
downspout locations. Runoff is not directed onto neighboring properties.
