The northwest property corner elevation is outside the 0.2 ft tolerance (0.29 ft above). The northeast
property corner elevation is outside the 0.2 ft tolerance (1.33 ft above). The southwest property corner
elevation is outside the 0.2 ft tolerance (0.73 ft above). The southeast property corner elevation is outside
the 0.2 ft tolerance (0.46 ft above). The area between the house and the garage on the west side is less
than 5.0% for the first 5 ft. The swale to the west of the building has slopes under the 1.0% minimum;
however, the grading intent is still met, the surrounding subdivision grading is not adversely impacted,
and the drainage of the lot is sufficient.
