Item #3 in the attached certification of lot grading was initialed “No” because all as-built elevations are not within 0.2 ft tolerance of the approved grading plan. The property owner decided to have a concrete pad placed in the most northwestern corner of the backyard. The builder, Hammersmith Structures, worked with me on ensuring the concrete sloped away from the foundation and down into the side lot line swale. Despite as-built lot line elevations differing from the approved grading plans, the elevations and drainage patterns are consistent with the site’s grading plan.
