Runoff is directed into an appropriate drainage system or lot line swale, and it is not directed onto neighboring properties. It is industry standard to certify the grades prior to landscape installation. The landscaping was not complete at time of survey. 12. The site was not at the stage of “final clean-up” at time of as-built survey for the drainage certificate.
