ON-SITE, OFF-SITE, PUBLIC OR PRIVATE FACILITY OR FEATURE AS A
RESULT OF THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS FOR THIS PROJECT.
5.THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE ALL CONSTRUCTION ITEMS
IMPACTING ADJACENT PROPERTIES WITH THE PROPERTY OWNERS
PRIOR TO BEGINNING ANY CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES. THIS WILL

1.PORTIONS OF THIS PROJECT ARE LOCATED WITHIN THE FEMA REGULATED 100-YEAR
CACHE LA POUDRE FLOODPLAIN. THIS PROPERTY IS ALSO IN THE CACHE LA POUDRE
500-YEAR FLOODPLAIN AND IS SUBJECT TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF CHAPTER 10 OF THE
CITY CODE.
2.ALL DEVELOPMENT (CURB & GUTTER, PAVEMENT, GRADING, FILL, PARKING LOTS,
UTILITIES, FENCES, LANDSCAPING, ETC.) WITHIN THE FEMA REGULATORY FLOODPLAIN

6.TEMPORARY SEEDING SHALL BE UTILIZED IN THE EVENT THAT A GRADED AREA IS EXPOSED LONGER THAN 30 DAYS. THE SITE SHALL BE
SEEDED WITH THE APPROPRIATE SEED MIX AND INSTALLATION METHOD AS SPECIFIED ON THE APPROVED LANDSACPE PLANS.
7.SEDIMENT CONTROL LOGS MAY ALSO BE USED IN LIEU OF SILT FENCE ON THIS SITE.
8.NO MUD AND DEBRIS SHALL BE TRACKED ONTO NEIGHBORING STREETS OR PROPERTIES. IN THE EVENT THAT TRACK OUT DOES OCCUR,
