Please see the following for explanations of any items checked “no” on the preceding
pages.
3. Although some as-built elevations along the east side of the parking lot are outside
the 0.2’ tolerance, these conditions still conform to the original drainage intent laid out in
the approved documents. As-built elevations along the west side of the building will
need to be reconstructed to conform to the original drainage plan.
4. The building is surrounded by ADA pathways. The contractor is to reconstruct the
sidewalk adjacent to the building to provide sufficient drainage while conforming to ADA
requirements.
5. The building is surrounded by ADA pathways requiring slopes below 5% in paved
areas. The contractor is to reconstruct the sidewalk adjacent to the building to provide
sufficient drainage while conforming to ADA requirements.
6. Some slopes are less than 2% to conform to ADA slope requirements. The entire site
still has positive drainage.
7. There are trench drains on the south side of the building that are less than 6” below
finish floor. This was the design intent to accommodate accessible path requirements
while sufficiently conveying stormwater.
12. Final cleanup of site has not been completed.
