Item 6. The swale on the west side of the residence has an average slope of 1.0%. There are some grade
breaks along the flow line that creates swale sections with a slope less than 1.0%. This swale does not
have any impact on the property to the west. These swale sections with a slope less than 1.0% are minimal
can be corrected easily.
Item 14. The drainage swale between the driveway and the sidewalk chase in the northeast corner of the
site drains as intended. With final site cleanup, the swale should have a longitudinal slope of 0.50%, a
bottom width of four (4) feet and be six (6) inches deep from the sidewalk chase to the driveway cross
pan.
