Collins, Colorado CDS Project No. 21-0780 The above mentioned residence has areas that were not graded according to the certification of lot grading . 3 The lot elevations at the back of the lot do not match the site plan, the discrepancy is greater than .2 feet. The top of foundation is thirteen inches or 1 .07 feet lower than the site plan. 4 The top of foundation is not six inches above grade at the back of the house due to the lowering of the top of foundation. 5 The minimum grade at the back of the house is not 5% away since the top of foundation was not high enough. The slope away from the house is one to two percent.
