Actual as-built conditions vary from the approved grading plan. The field constructed
changes consist of the addition of a concrete swale along the north side of the house,
and minor grading changes throughout the site due to field changes during
construction.
As a result, as-built grading throughout the property does not exactly match the grading
plan. Additionally, underground drainage systems were added to collect roof drainage
and route that runoff towards Wood Street. These systems provide additional drainage
capacity for the more frequent runoff events.
Otherwise, the as-built condition complies in principal with the approved Grading Plan
for the project.
