of all stormwater facilities and grading is complete and hereby submit this certification.
Please answer the following questions by initialing the appropriate response. For each question initialed "No,1 " attach an

To Whom It May Concern:
The elevations and drainage patterns shown on the attached as-built elevations for a drainage
certificate at 2436 Farghee Court by Baseline Engineering, Planning, & Surveying (surveyed
09/20/2021) are in general conformance with the City of Fort Collins-approved 2436 Farghee
Court grading plan by Keefe Civil (11/24/2020) with the following exception.
Item #4 in the attached certification of lot grading was initialed “No” because the top of foundation
is not at least six inches above the highest grade surrounding the structure. Since the home
addition required handicap accessible design, the finished floor of the addition needed to match
the existing home. Based on this design requirement, the foundation detail shown on the next
page was designed by the builder’s structural engineer.
