We have surveyed the "As Built" elevations of the building floors , lowest openings and lot
grading for Colony Construction.
Attached are plot plans of 619 and 612 Ramah Drive on which we have shown in red the "As
Built" elevations . Also attached is a copy of the approved grading plan.
The floor elevations and finished lot grading are in compliance with the approved grading
plan.
