Please note that field notes are not included as they were recorded on a similar photocopy. The measured site elevations are similar to the design elevations and meet the intent of the site grading design . Please issue a Certificate of Occupancy for this property. The Lowest opening elevation, 102.1 feet, is well above the 100 year water surface water elevation of 90 .2 feet of the adjacent pond . This certification is signed and stamped and by signing this letter I attest that to the best of my knowledge the as-built conditions of the site are as shown on the attached redlined photocopy.
