On November 22, 1996 a survey crew from RBD visited the above referenced site and surveyed
the site grading and measured elevations as red lined on the enclosed photocopy of the site.
Please note that field notes are not included as they were recorded on a similar photocopy. The
measured site elevations are similar to the design elevations and meet the intent of the site grading
design . Please issue a Certificate of Occupancy for this property.
This certification is signed and stamped and by signing this letter I attest that to the best of my
knowledge the as-built conditions of the site are as shown on the attached redlined photocopy.
Failure to properly disclose all known information could result in the rejection of this certification
and prevent the release of any stormwater Utility holds on the Building Permit or Cert ificates of
Occupancy.
