Gentlemen:
We have measured the r elative elevations at the above referenced
address. During the investigation we measured elevations at the
lot sides and corners, top of foundation, lowest opening and the
drainage swales on either side of the lot. The slopes and
elevations as measured are in substantial conformance with the
FHA grading plan completed by RBD, Inc., Job No. 014-047, dated
February, 1995.
