Per our telephone conversation of Thursday, March 23, 1995,
this letter is in response to a certificate of occupancy for the
above referenced lot. I visited the site to inspect the outfall
between lots 51 and 52; and found the channel to be in good
condition with erosion control bales and grass seed in place. The
channel slopes at over 2% (minimum per plan) and the inlet (2'
metal sidewalk culvert) was formed and awaiting concrete.
According to Dwayne Walker, Construction Superintendent for
Greenstone P.U.D. the inlet will be completed by March 31, 1995.
All drainage features are complete and in place or will be
completed in a very short time, please release the certificate of
occupancy for Lot 51.
