Please find enclosed the red lined "As Built" survey of the concrete drainage pan for the Eye
Center ofNorthem Colorado which is on Lot 1, Replat of Lots 2 and 3 and Tract "A " of the First
Replat of Windemere Professional Park Minor Subdivision.
The concrete drainage pan was constructed in substantial compliance with the approved plan
dated January 15 , 1997 .
