Dear Basil:
Please find enclosed as -built drawings from The Sear-Brown Group with as -built elevations noted
in red on the drawings . A survey crew from The Sear-Brown Group recently obtained these as-built
elevations. The improvements most recently installed have been installed in accordance with the
design intent of the construction drawings and normal construction tolerances and will function as
intended.
On July 25 , 1996 Jim Allen-Morley from our office submitted to you a Partial Drainage Certification
for the subject property . The purpose of this certification is to wrap up the items noted in Jim's July
25 , 1996 certification to you .
The following items have now been installed:
1. Line A on sheet 15 of 18.
2. Line Bon sheet 15 of 18.
3 . The detention pond concrete overflow weir outlet structure as shown on sheet 18 of 18.
4 . The asphalt surface pavement of the adjacent streets .
This certification is signed and stamped and by signing this letter I attest that to the best of my
knowledge the as -built conditions of the drainage facilities constructed to date are as described above
and on the redlined construction drawings enclosed. Failure to properly disclose all known
information could result in the rejection of this certification and prevent the release of any
