Jay,
As we have discussed in the past, we are submitting our individual lot grading plan for this site
for your review and records. We expect to be providing a grading certification for this lot. Please
note that the existing rear lot grades were shot by our office. The existing grades do not match
the subdivision design grades . As I understand it, the building permit for this site has not yet been
applied for. However, the application will be made in the very ne e. If you have comments
or questions, call us at 226-5334.
