Drainage Certification

Dear Kathy:
Please find enclosed sheet 6 of 18 (Drainage and Erosion Control Plan) from the Overlook
at Woodridge -Second Filing. As you know, there are no permanant drainage
improvements directly associated with the Overlook Second Filing at Woodridge.
On November 17, 1992, I made a site visit to this development to verify that the street
grading conforms to the drainage patterns shown on the Drainage and Erosion Control
Plan. Existing flowline elevations at the ends of the streets are shown on sheet 6 in red.
I also verified the existence and configuration of the temporary swale (Section 1-1), and
that the erosion control facilities shown on the plan are in place.
In summary, the drainage concepts for the Overlook -Second Filing should perform in
compliance with the intent of the drainage report. The temporary swale is in place and
does provide at least 1' of depth , prior to daylighting and transforming into sheet flow to
the regional channel.
