A field survey of the site was performed by Intermill Land Surveying, Inc. A print of the "ELEVATION AS -BUILT DRAWING FOR LOT 1, ARBOR PLAZA SOUNDTRACK CAR AUDIO INSTALL"is enclosed The print depict& the results obtained during the field survey. Please note that the surrounding streets, access drive and parking lot were constructed prior to the construction of this facility and that any elevations, shown for the existing features on the enclosed print are provided for your information, only. This letter is not intended to include verification of the adjacent streets, access drive or parking lot nor is it intended to affirm the design of the constructed features. The approved "UTILITY PLANS FOR ARBOR PLAZA SOUNDTRACK (CAR AUDIO INSTALL)" prepared by EDAW, Inc. and dated February 2.2, 2001 were used to determine the proposed design elevations.. - The elevations of the constructed features as depicted on thereferenced.survey are considered to be in substantial compliance with the approved plans.
