Box 580 For Collins, CO 80522 i Re Soundtrack at Arbor Plaza Project No.: 891.1 As -Built Certification Dear Glen: This letter serves as final certification for stormwater improvements constructed at the Soundtrack site. This letter is ,based upon a visual inspection of the site by myself and spot elevations and dimensions by survey crew. The following observations can be made: Storm sewer, 'inlets and discharge structure have been constructed in substantial conformance to the lines and grades shown on the approved plans. An additional area inlet has-been added on the 16' storm sewer stubout to the west. This inlet will not adversely affect the operation of the storm sewer and could prove beneficial to the future occupant of the pad to the west. The discharge structure above Mail Creek conforms to the plans and operates as intended. 2. Parking lot grades vary slightly from the plan grades; the resulting slopes are within acceptable limits and the parking lot will drain as intended.. 3. Erosion control measures have been installed in accordance with the plans. Future maintenance may be necessary to insure continued operation. 4. The site grading was checked on the east and north sides of the building. The Intended swale on the east was constructed satisfactorily; the swale on the north was not graded as per the plans. Due to the lack of this swale the north portion of the roof and some additional landscaping will drain to the right-of-way of .Harmony Road. The attached calculations were performed to determine the amount of additional runoff entering the right-of-way, and if this flow exceeded allowable gutter capacities in Harmony and College. The additional runoff is - minor, 0,23 CFS for the 1 0-year/storm and 0:45 CFS for the 100-year storm, above the planned flowrates. Flows originating in Harmony and College were calculated, and gutter capacity was checked at the PCR ,point in Harmony and in College at the south line of" the Soundtrack site.. Both locations can accommodate the 100-year flows within 10-year inundation criteria. Based on the attached analysis, we do not perceive a problem with the site grading as Is, and recommend acceptance by the City.
