Steder, a Colorado registered professional engineer, verify that the above referenced property in the City of Fon Collins, Colorado; has been -inspected by me or someone under my direct supervision, and verify construction of all stormwater facilities and grading is complete. Based on the information provided on the attached survey performed by King Surveyors, Inc. on 3/112013, and the limited construction observations visits performed, I certify that the elevations and drainage patterns of the site as measured are in substantial conformance with the City approved Grading and Drainage Plan with exceptions noted in Exhibit A. In my professional judgment the elevations and grading of the site as constructed is functionally adequate and will allow fur stornnvater drainage consistent with the approved Grading and Drainage Plan. EXH (BIT A The following is a list of items which deviate from the City of Fort Collins approved Minor Amendment for the Arbor Plaza Shopping Center PUD. dated 5/3111 and are further depicted on the attached Grading As -Built Survey prepared by King Surveyors, Inc. on 3/1/2013. 1) Revised the curb geometry along the western alley to "flatten" the radii and allow for smoother WB-67 truck movement. 2) Asphalt not poured flush to concrete slab of environmental cage area in the rear of the building. Drainage patterns not adversely affected, however deviation being corrected with Wal-Mart and General Contractor to facilitate access to the area. 3) New ±20 foot long concrete flume added behind transformer at existing low point condition that was ponding to allow for positive drainage to the east and remove ponding condition. 4) Deviations in elevation for Storm Drainage Structures A4 and A6 noted on the attached Grading As -Built Survey.
