The attached drawing shows the as-built survey information which we received . In general it appears that the park was built in conformance with the grading plan that Ayres provided on sheets C2 .1 and C2.2 of the Utility Plans for Spring Canyon Community Park . Observations during the site visit in combination with the attached as-built elevations verify that the park was built in general conformance to the design . It should be noted that the Letter of Map Revision or LOMA is currently being prepared by Anderson Consulting Engineers and they have not completed their hydraulic modeling of the pond at the time of this letter. There are some very minor elevation discrepancies with the inflow and outflow weir elevations for the pond. Until Anderson completes their modeling it will not be known whether or not these differences will affect the results of the LOMA. Anderson will need to give their final approval for the pond design once their modeling efforts are complete. It is my recommendation that the general grading of the park site is certified.
