RE: THE SEVEN OAKS ACADEMY -DRAINAGE CERTIFICATION SURVEY
Dear Basil:
I request that you allow Mr. Larry Neal of Seven Oaks Academy to obtain a Temporary
Certificate of Occupancy for his new Richmond Drive site. We have scheduled a
certification survey of the drainage improvements but have been unable to complete the
survey due to the unusually wet weather. I have walked the site and spoken with the
construction foreman. I find the facility constructed as planned. We will schedule the
survey as soon as possible and anticipate this could be the first full week of June, weather
permitting.
