This letter is to confirm that I have reviewed site conditions at the above address in order to
determine if the As Built conditions meet the general requirements of the grading and drainage plans of the
approved "Major Amendment to the Levon's Zed Warehouse and Office Building P.D.P." development
drawings for this project..
It is my opinion that the site work has been completed in substantial compliance with the approved
plans and Storm Drainage and Erosion Control Report prepared for the site.
Please feel free to contact me at 482-5251 if I can be of further assistance, or if the Stormwater
Utility requires any additional information in addition to this letter.
