patterns as they existed on the date of the survey. Based on this information, I certify that (check one):

approved drainage plan, and will affect stormwater drainage on and off the IoUsite in a manner consistent

The site inspections have been completed, and the SW Eng Final holds have now been released. We are accepting the
engineer stamp as evidence that the lots are in conformance with the approved plan; however, in the inspections, I did
have some concerns that are documented in the attached photos.
- Overall, both lots were graded consistently with the plans; however, grading is rough and should be smoothed out.
Additionally, tire ruts can been seen in several areas.
- On 5727, standing water is seen in several areas, especially along the lot lines. I believe that there is positive fall but
the rough state of the grade is preventing drainage to the street.
- On 5728, there appears to be a low spot catching water on the north lot line toward the rear of the lot.
These concerns/photos are documented with the grading certification, which is public record. A remedy to these
concerns is not required to release the hold at this time; however, if you would like to provide documentation showing
any changes, I will add that to the certification.
Please share this information with the engineer of record.
