Based on this information, I certify that (check one): o The elevations and drainage patterns of the lot/site are in substantial conformance with the City approved drainage and grading plan for the property (information attached). The southerly side yard swale high point elevation is approximately 65 feet further toward the rear property line, but is within 0.2 feet of the high point elevation shown on the Final Grading Plan. However, it is our professional opinion that the high point location of the northerly side yard swale as shown on the Final Grading Plan is incorrect because the resulting grade of the swale sloping toward the rear yard is only 1.25%. The high point location should be approximately 45 feet toward the rear yard in order to provide the minimum required slope of 2%. The result of this exception is that approximately 350 s.f. of the southerly side yard of Lot 5, Blockl will drain toward the Copper Mill Lane instead of toward the drainage swale in Outlot A. However, it is our professional opinion that these exceptions are not significant and will still allow for stormwater drainage to generally be consistent with the City approved Final Grading Plan.
