Dear Basil:
On September 13, 1004, RBD, Inc. submitted a Drainage Certification
for the Pinecone Apartment project. In a follow up conversation,
you have requested that we verify minimum opening elevations for
all the units that will be located along the Regional Channel along
the northerly edge of the project.
On September 21, 199 4 , we verified those minimum opening elevations
as follows:

I understand that the final design of the channel is not yet
co mpleted, and when construction is done these elevations will be
co mpared to ·the channel elevations to insure that these Minimum
opening elevations will be 5. 7' above the flowline of the new
channel sections.
