We hav e surveyed the as-constructed elevations of the floors and lowest opening (window
wells) of the residences being constructed in Park South P .U.D. Second Replat.
Following is a tabulation of the results of the survey.

All of the floors and lowest window well openings are above the minimum required by the
approved plan.
The rear of these lots is adjacent to a major drainage swale. The embankments of this
swale were checked for compliance with the plan, and we found that the embankments have not
been adversely impacted by the construction on these lots.
