I have surveyed the as -built elevations of the floors and lowest openings
(top of window wells) of houses constructed by Marc Middel. These houses are

These lots are all adjacent to the large drainage swale, and the
constructed elevations are being certified in compliance with the approved
drainage and grading plan. The embankments on the adjacent swale have not
been adversely impacted by any construction on the lots.
