RE: As constructed storm drainage facilities at One Prospect P.U.D.
We have surveyed the floor elevation of the new building on the west
portion of Lot l, Prospect One P.U.D. The floor is constructed at
elevation 4905.00, which is per the approved plan.
We also checked the location and dimensions of the concrete drainageway
from Specht Point Road to Prospect Parkway, and found it to be
constructed per the approved plan. The elevations of the concrete
drainageway were also in substantial compliance with the approved plan.
The attached print of the grading and drainage plan shows in red the
as built elevations.
