Gentlemen:
Please find the revised sketch for the referenced application depicting the building footprints and
"impervious surfaces"
This sketch provides detail on that portion oflot designated as "right-of-way" and one half of the
street. From property line to walk is 4' (grass), then 5' of concrete walk, then an additional 11' of
grass and one half of the street is 29.5'.
These calculations increase the "lot" area to 11,260 s.f. and the total impervious surface to 4,622
s.f. for a ratio of 41 %. While this percentage exceeds the 40% requirement we would ask that no
drainage study be required simply because the 1 % does not warrant such a study.

Gentlemen:
Please find the attached sketch for the referenced application depicting the building footprints and
"impervious surfaces".
Shown are existing as well as proposed surfaces with an overall coverage ratio to total lot of33%.
These calculations however do not include alley (gravel) and street nor do they include front walk
and city right-of-way.
According to the formula described, the ratio is less than the 40% allowable and therefore no
drainage study is necessary. Please contact me at 484-5907 if this is not the case. Thank you for
