Dear Glen:
I have surveyed the as-built elevations of the floors and lowest openings
(top of window wells) of houses constructed by Marc Middel. Nine of these
houses are in Park South Second Replat, and one is in Four Seasons Seventh
Filing. Following is a tabulation of the elevations:

These lots are all adjacent to the large drainage swale, and the
constructed elevations are being certified in compliance with the approved
drainage and grading plan. The embankments on the adjacent swale have not

been adversely impacted by any construction on the lots, and the overflow swale
between Lots 29 and 30 is constructed per the approved plan.
