Nine of these houses are in Park South Second Replat, and one is in Four Seasons Seventh Filing. The embankments on the adjacent swale have not ~~ been adversely impacted by any construction on the lots, and the overflow swale between Lots 29 and 30 is constructed per the approved plan.
