certification (copy enclosed) and you released the development
for up to 10 permits. Everything is done; please fully release
the development for all 20 permits.

Dear Basil:
This is to follow up my letter and red lined plan for Fairbrook P.U.D.,
7th Filing, dated September 7, 1994.
At this date the curb and gutter on Prospect Road has been completed.
The pan across Cedarwood Drive at Prospect Road and the Prospect Road sidewalk
have also been completed. The postal pad has also been poured. The swale
from the East end of the Prospect Road curb and gutter has been graded to
drain Easterly along the Bauder School portion of the Prospect Road right
of-way.
Therefore all of the drainage facilities and public improvements have
been completed in substantial compliance with the approved utility plans and
the City of Fort Collins Standard Specifications.
