Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522 Dear Basil, STEWART&t\SSOCIATES Consulting Engineers and Surveyors On the 22nd day of July, 1997 , we completed an "As Built" survey for English Ranch South P .U.D., Fort Collins, Larimer County, Colorado. We took spot shots on all the back lot pans, inverts and grate elevations on all the curb inlets, rim and invert elevations on all the storm drain manholes, and spot flow line elevations on all the cross pans. These elevations are shown on a redline print of the original overall utility plans. Also for the two detention ponds we shot spot elevations at the top and toes of the grade breaks, miscellaneous spot shots in the bottom of the ponds, flow line elevations of the 3 foot pans and top of curb elev ations that border the ponds. We also created a new contour map from theses shots and calculated the volume to our high.water line elevation of25.82 feet. Tue "As Built" pond has more capacity that the original designed pond therefor the 100-year high water line will actually be less than the expected . The "As Built" ponds are also included . If you have any questions or need any more information please let me know. Sincerely, ~ Franklin D. Blake, ITC James H. Stewart and Assoc iates , Inc. 103 S. Me ldrum Street P.O. Box 429 Ft.
