I may have forgot a detail, so let me know if you need more info. The current impervious area for the existing home is 2,130 sq ft. We are removing 780 sq ft of driveway, patio and walks, With the new addition, total impervious area is 2,335 sg ft. Our total net gain 205 sq ft, which is below the 350 sq ft threshold to trigger the need for drainage plan.
