This letter serves as final grading and drainage facility certification for the above referenced
address according to the requirements of the Stormwater Utility in the Stormwater Building
Pe11nit Notice for this address dated 06/26/96. All final grading has been completed to achieve
adequate drainage from the rear of the structure to the alleyway. Attached is a copy of the site
plan for this address indicating relative elevations which were obtained by Shear Engineering
Corporation .
