re: 710 Peterson Street
Mr. Kelly Clifton of Renaissance Construction requested that we survey the "As Built"
floor elevations and lot grading and prepare certification so that he can get a certificate of
occupancy.
We have surveyed the elevations and they are shown in red on the attached print. Tue
grading is in substantial compliance with the approved plan. The lot has been graded and sodded.
The grades are fairly flat but there is positive flow to the alley. The grading on this newly
developed site has not caused any adverse impacts on adjoining properties, and offsite flows onto
the site have not been blocked.
