Below is the statement prepared for Stormwater Dept. approval for 1116 W. Mountain Ave.:
In reference to the site plan and the existing flat lot there is no opportunity for outfall with the garage location
due to the permanent surrounding grade .. Water runoff will be routed on site to prevent flow and drainage to
adjoining properties and therefore not create any problems.
