Please find attached a site plan for the referenced project. As you will note the only site
work on the project is removing the 20'x 20' parking area and replacing it with sod and a
4 ' sidewalk. No grade changes were made to the front area.
Please take this letter as a request to release this permit for a final certificate of occupancy.
