patterns as they existed on the date of the survey. Based on this information, I certify that (check one):

The plan you sent looks more like a site plan and is really confusing. I know John Dengler and I'm sure he knows what
we usually get for a grading plan. I am attaching the approved grading plan for the development and an enlargement of
lots 52,53,& 54. ( The enlargement is what we need to be attached to the certification unless another plan was
submitted and approved). In this case I understand that you are saying another plan was submitted. However I don't
have record of that and what I see on it is not a normal grading plan so I doubt we would have approved it. I did talk to
Jay yesterday and he didn't remember approving the plan you sent on March 21. Do either of you have one that is
signed "approved"? I do agree that the "approved" plan in the construction plan set needed some more defined spot
elevations between the adjacent buildings even though it has several contours on it and lot corner elevations. That may
be why John prepared the other plan but then he didn't add any spot rg ound elevations. It has 5153'-6" = (100'-0") on it
for a finished floor, but then is shows the lower level at 5153'-8" and doesn't reference the 100' or whatever it would
be. It doesn't really address the grading other than some flow arrows and doesn't have the lot corner elevations that
are shown on the approved grading plan. We really need the spot and finished floor elevations on the grading plan and
have them in feet and decimals as the surveyor and engineers do it.
Bottom line is I am accepting what we have this time, but please don't do this again. In this case there is enough grade
to work with that it is pretty hard to mess it up. The grading inspector said he would be releasing the SW Eng. Final hold
on the CO this afternoon.
