I have attached sheet 4 of 20 from the approved construction plans, and have indicated in red the field verified elevations, and in blue the approved plan elevations.. All of the storm sewer inlets and piping appeared to be installed per the approved construction plans. Riprap has been installed at the outlets per the approved plans. Three minor discrepancies were found with the drainage system as installed. First, the swale along the northerly property line was found to 2:2 feet deep, instead of 2.5' as. specified on the plans. The 2.2' depth will be adequate to convey the 100.year flows to the detention pond, but will not provide 33% additional capacity as freeboard. Given the relatively temporary nature of this Channel, this should be adequate. Second, the rear lot corners along the southerly property line are lower than the plan calls out. If they are left at these lower elevations, these lots will become B type lots with the Third Filing, which would be acceptable as long as it is accounted for in the final design of the Third Filing. RBD is doing the final design of Wild Wood Farms Third Filing. Third is the top of the outlet structure within the detention system. Inadvertently, the approved Utility plans called out for CG,-D#- F- 5WiA) G-E 07. Denver303/458-5526 the top of the structure to be at an elevation of 21.92, which it was constructed at (actually 21.98). The volume needed for detention has been met (actually exceeded), and the 100 year developed storm can safely.be stored in this pond. Since this structure is higher, the amount of effective pond freeboard has been reduced to approximately 611. Thank you for your time and consideration of this Certification submittal.
