• Attached is the "Certification of Lot Grading" documents for Lot 2, Block 8, Old Town North (351 Cajetan
Street). We have coordinated grade changes along the common property line for 351 Cajetan (Lot 2, Block
8) and 363 Cajetan (Lot 3, Block 8) with the owner of 363 Cajetan (Lot 3, Block 8). Due to groundwater
depth at Old Town North, and geotechnical investigation ecommendations, finished grades around the
residehce structures and finished floor grades have been raised,. This required adjusting grades along the
common property line and a grade modification for .363 �ajetan (Lot 3, Block 8) after release of the
"Certification of Lot Grading" for 363 Cajetan (Lot 3, Block 8). See first attachment.

• I was out at Old Town north yesterday and noticed the grades for the common lots for 351 Cajetan (Lot 2,
Block 8) and 363 Cajetan (Lot 3, Block 8). Refer to attached digital pictures. Our house is the one with the
patio. Hammersmith Structures built the neighboring house at 363 Cajetan (Lot 3, Block 8).
• I am e-mailing you now to see if a grade certification was submitted for 363 Cajetan (Lot 3, Block 8) and if
so, if it has been accepted. If so, could we get a copy of the grade certification. If not, I would respectfully
request holding off on the approval of the grade certification for that lot. The pictures indicate why. I have a
call into Hammersmith Structures to discuss grading. I have also cc'd Hammersmith on this e-mail.
• I am also attaching the grading plan for 363 Cajetan (Lot 3, Block 8) that was provided to us by
Hammersmith Structures back in July when we were coordinating grading designs.
