Dear Basil:
On November 14, 1996 our office conducted a survey of the Storm Drainage Facilities on Lot 45.
The only storm drainage facility that impacts said Lot is the 15" Storm Sewer, which traverses the
very Northwest corner of this lot. I have included a copy of our field notes for this Lot. Also
included is a portion of the Grading and Drainage Plan, Sheet 7 of 18 for your reference.
