Dear Basil:
On May 20, 1997 our office conducted a Field Survey of the Storm Drainage Facilities on Lot 40.
The only Storm Drainage Facilities that impacts said Lot is a drainage swale that traverses the
west lot line. I have included a copy of our field notes and a portion of the Grading and Drainage
Plan, Sheet 7 of 18, on which also I have drawn the existing drainage swale which shows that the
swale does conform to our approved design. The other Storm Drainage Facilities that are in
proximity to this lot are the 27" RCP that lies on the west property line, the 33" RCP that runs
along the north property line and also the 15" ADS that runs along the north property line. As we
discussed on the telephone, the work on tying the 15" ADS into the 36" RCP, or the Regional
Channel, has not been accomplished at this time. Since this work does not effect the house or the
lot, we feet that this lot has complied with the Drainage Certification criteria.
