Dear Basil-.
On May 29, 1996 our office conducted a survey of said swale, and on October 8, 1996 we
verified that the swale and necessary slope was in place between lots 39 and 40.
We have included also for your review a copy of the field notes along with a partial print
of the plan sheet showing the approved drainage facilities.
